Ratepayers deserve transparency, accountability, and a meaningful voice in decisions that affect their water service and their wallets. Allison will advocate for clear, accessible information about costs, alternatives, and major CCWD investments, while ensuring residents and businesses have opportunities to provide input. She will work to keep the community informed, make CCWD decisions easier to understand, and ensure the perspectives of Division 2 are represented at the Board table.
Invest in the People Who Keep Our Water System Running
A strong CCWD starts with a strong workforce. Allison will advocate for the resources, staffing, competitive compensation and benefits, professional development, and positive labor relationships needed to recruit and retain a highly skilled workforce to ensure employees have the tools to deliver reliable service to our communities. This also includes looking out for CCWD retirees whose dedicated service has laid the foundation for the current success.
Make Smart, Responsible Decisions About the Canal Replacement
Replacing the canal is one of the largest and most important projects in CCWD’s history. Allison will use her finance and project management experience to carefully evaluate the plan, costs, alternatives, risks, environmental impacts, and long-term feasibility—while keeping ratepayers and the workforce at the center of the conversation.

Protecting our water supply means protecting the environment and the communities that depend on it. Allison will champion responsible water management, conservation, and environmental stewardship while supporting partnerships that preserve and enhance shared community resources. She will work to protect the District’s natural assets and support continued recreational opportunities.
